First of all, our sales agent, Leslie Niven, did everything she could to help make our move here a reality. She was always there to offer assistance and a positive attitude. She has become a friend to us as I am sure she has to many others here.
We went on to have many pleasant surprises. The Biltmore Farms mode of operation is truly to make sure you are happy with not only your home but also your entire experience here at Biltmore Lake. We had many employees contact us continuously after we moved in to be sure our expectations were met. Each one made sure to let us know that they would be available for us if ever a need arises.
We have called upon one or two of them afterwards and have always been met with almost instant responsiveness.
We love our home, but also love the amenities offered here. The intranet service offers us a myriad of activities to choose from. We have met many people already from the monthly socials, bridge club, ladies night out, and dinners for six. We are so thankful for this service as we are both retired and don’t meet as many new people as we used to when we were younger and involved in our careers.
Since we have two dogs who love to enjoy the outdoors, the trails system developed by Biltmore Farms is one of our favorite amenities. We can walk out the front or back door and catch a gorgeous, tree-lined trail going for as many miles as our bodies will take us.
We also have to say that the attitudes of our neighbors have added to our overall positive experience here. We have yet to meet someone who doesn’t LOVE it here!

"We purchased our home at Biltmore Lake and have had the pleasure of working with Gwen and Brett. We had a list of items that required attention and, although we live in Maryland, Gwen and Brett have worked with us to complete all items satisfactorily.
Brett and Gwen make a great team. With the distance, we were very pleased with Gwen's responsiveness by telephone and by email. She was quick to respond and ask appropriate questions so that the work could be coordinated. Her communication was pleasant, professional and thorough. On-site, Brett was consistently helpful and patient. He always addressed questions and concerns with complete explanations and respect and demonstrated a strong understanding of the work at hand (or, if he was not the expert, he accessed other resources to find the best solution).
For example, we had a moisture issue in the basement that required a multi-faceted approach (and involved a bit of trial and error) to resolve. This issue was not limited to one simple answer. It required the coordination of several parties and corrections in several areas. Gwen and Brett worked together over the course of several months to experiment, execute and evaluate approaches until a sound solution could be found.
Overall, we were pleased to find that Gwen and Brett were committed to finding the right solution and not just the most expedient fix. We sincerely appreciate their affability and diligence during these many months and commend them for their strong customer service skills and follow-through. We hope that Biltmore Farms values their outstanding efforts and contributions – we certainly do."

"As most people know building a house is a very stressful time. We have had many experiences building; we have built 4 homes in 10 years of marriage.
Two of these homes were built by Biltmore Farms Homes. The building process was stressful, but with the aid of many employees of Biltmore Farms Homes the amount of stress was minimal. The Design Center is a great way to make the selections for the entire home without running all over town to different vendors. Biltmore Farms Homes has created an environment where all of the options are on display in one location.
The construction managers are easy to work with and are available to answer any questions along the way. We have enjoyed each home, and we were able to afford the size of house our family needed without the large expense of a custom home. Biltmore Farms Homes allows you to customize areas of the home to make you feel like you are living in a custom home, but without the custom home price."
